Send one partner a "complete" machine worth of pennies from your local zoo. Some machines are complete at 3, some machines at 4. To avoid someone feeling they spent more, if your machine is complete at 3, you must send a "random" penny to make a total of 4 pennies sent to any partner. 1 partner, 4 pennies total....
