MayI have some clarification on this one. Do we make the actual Goody Bag, or do we stuff 4 Goody Bags with goodies? Also, what is a homer?

Yes you are making 4 goody bags with items already inside of them. Homers are where you are the last signer on the bag & you have to send it home.
