Pinterest Project #2-Button N String Mini Journal

For any of you that have Pinterest accounts and are using them... you KNOW what a wonderful thing it is!!! I have created many boards full of pins of favorite recipes, loved pieces of art and countless craft ideas to try. I plan to host more of these types of swaps in the very near future.

The photo shows the Button and String Mini Journal. Isn't it so cute? I have included a link to the site where you will find the very simple directions to make this.

You will have two partners. You will make 2 journals and send one to each of your partners. The cover may be made as shown with Kraft paper or use a different cardstock of your choice (solid or patterned). Please use different papers for the interior pages (like scrapbook paper, maps, book pages, magazine pages, cardstock, graph paper, writing paper.... most anything goes! .This journal is to be left blank for your partner to fill in as they wish, WHEN they wish. Swappers must have a rating of 4.8. Newbies may join with a well filled out profile. I will be checking.

Needed Supplies: - Cover paper cut to 11" x 6" - Inside pages (however many you prefer- I used 7 sheets) cut to 4.25" x 8" - 2 eyelets (1/8") - 11" of baker's twine or string - 2 paper round die cuts 1" each - Eyelet punch (1/8"), eyelet setter, hammer and pad - Stapler and staples - Scissors - Ruler - Paper scorer
