Why only USA? :( I love to make ATC's with postage stamps ...

Hi ChikuNamika - Good question. I thought about changing this but the original post was regional "USA" only so I posted as is. I'd be more than happy to host a second one for all ;- ) Or if you would like to host, please feel free to use this description. I'm just trying to help out crafts2ndchance and those that signed up for the "regional" version. Also, if you'd like to do a private swap with me on this one I'm open to this as well. Thank you DeAnnaVerela for taking on this ATC swap & relisting the swap. I have postage stamp on an ATC ready to go from former swap. Happy now that I will actually swap them out!
I've made color photocopies of my ATC's at Kinko's Copies of my ATC's & mail art to keep as my record of what I made - keep them in a new notebook binder I've started for my ATC's.

Whippet - cool record keeping. I've been taking photos of those I've made with my phone and posting them on facebook. I can't seem to figure out how to "tag" them on Flicker. I'd like a record keeping system of my incoming items. Any ideas from anyone?

@Whippet great idea for the swaps on the outbound side. @DeAnna I have a binder with baseball card plastic inserts - can be found at any sporting goods or gaming store. I found the price for 100 sheets at $20 at a gaming store. Each sheet can store about 12 ATCs. Mine are inserted after I receive from the swap. I also keep one of my own when I make them, so if I swap 12, I make 13 (1 to keep) You can then add dividers to the binder if you wish. You can also tuck in a note into each section with the ATC for future reference. AND Thank you for posting this swap again! I've got my cards ready to go too!

@ChikuNamika I have all sorts of postage stamps from around the world. You can use any postage stamps on the ATC I believe - I used 4 from different countries on my ATC as well as a faux American stamp! I have made 3, if you'd like one, send me a message. I love postage too! Postage stamps can be purchased for 1 cent sometimes (look in the back of comic books!) You can buy the bag and cancel the subscription. It's how they get people to subscribe. Look for Mystic Stamp Co. and Jamestown Stamp Co. That's how I got mine - I have tons, paid pennies! I don't care if they are not mint and are used stamps - it makes it fun!

Thanks so much for re-listing. I was just going to do a private swap for it. I will now do both. Mine is in the envie ready to go. I scanned mine because I love the way it came out, I'm going to do a similar one for another swap.

thanks for reposting, FYI dollar store had 10 of the protector sheet for a buck, i keep mine in a 3ring binder. LOL 2 of them... to keep track , of who i send to, i have a notebook, keep a list of the title and who gets them, also take pics, i do upload a few to my blog,... i need to add more to the blog.
