In some recent Randomness (TM) I told you all that I was going with friends, Ed and Norma, to visit their future, eternal resting spot. Sadly, Ed's Aunt Erma passed that Friday. Norma, a Pisces and so professional mourner, was right there to comfort one and all. (i.e. they blew us off.) (The movie, however, will be seen tonight after dinner at Pollo Tropical) (joy galore). Bet you wanted to know all this, huh?

THE SWAP... in case you're skimming... and who could blame you?

E&N have their plot to avoid HIS mother's plans of keeping the family all together in one, family-sized urn. The wife has her plans...and I have mine. ;-) Within comfort level of sharing, what are yours?

Norma wants one of those pall draped urn markers. In my horsey youth I wanted Joan of Arc, on a horse of course, over my grave. (How I was going to pay for this was not a concern.) I had an aunt who used to joke that no matter where she was when she passed, she wanted her ashes shipped home and scattered on Barnegat Bay. Growing up, whenever we saw a UPS truck we used to joke, "There goes Aunt Ellsey!"
