Description:

Because the first one seems to be going well and because I had a few inquiries to re-do this swap, let's do Tarot Deck Swap round 2. I have made a few minor changes. So if you're joining the second round please read for changes.

The art of Tarot reading is interesting in a few ways. Supposedly, the deck that you use will not work unless it is given to you in the spirit of benevolence. Because of this you are not supposed to purchase a tarot deck for yourself. The magical element of these cards comes from the willingness to give it.

In addition there are thousands of different types of decks out there, the most common of which is the Rider Wait Tarot deck. Different countries and different traditions have different types of decks.

So for this swap you will send a deck of tarot cards (anything but Rider Wait, as most people have access to this style of deck) you should spend at least $20-$30 on this swap (this can include the deck you purchase as well as the materials to make your case, bag or wrap. You will send a deck of cards and some kind of case, A decorative box, a hand made bag, a deck velvet wrap. You can do some research as well for this, for example most people keep their decks in natural fibers because they believe this keeps the deck closer to it's natural roots. The goal of this swap is to make this box or carrying case and send this deck in the spirit of giving so the recipient can use this deck.

The biggest change for this swap is that the deck and box will be based on your partners interests, for example if someone loves nature maybe an herbalist deck is more fitting. Because of this I will do the reverse of my last swap and make the sign up time shorter and the send time longer. I think having an international swap allows a wider variety of decks and partners, keep in mind it can be expensive to send abroad, please do not sign up if you do not think you can afford to send it.

No one with a score below 4.5 or New swappers can participate (sorry guys I know its rough being New, please message me if you feel this is unfair). I reserve the right to remove you from this swap if once I review your profile I find that you have excessive flaking or non-sent items This also goes for individuals who didn't take the time to fill out their profile. Please remember your swap partner is just as eager to receive a package as you are!
