This is my first swap to host with this group, so if I am not clear on the instructions, please help me out. This will be a monthly swap if there is enough interest to continue

For this swap you will create a 4" X 4" page of beautiful artwork that is about YOU and YOUR FAVORITE COLOUR.

Please make the page 5" X 4" - with a 1" space down the left side of the 4" X 4" artwork to bind the page in your artist book. Hope this make sense to everyone. Please also sign your art page on the front and leave the back blank as some swappers like to place the pages by tip in to an existing book.

You may use any medium that you prefer - paint, collage, oil pastels, coloured pencils, fabric, charcoal or coloured papers.

Then add your embellishments - ribbon, lace, wool, buttons, pictures, brads, floss, jewels, charms, bits & pieces, stamped images, stickers or glitter.

REMEMBER - these pages are works of ART - no sticker slapping on a piece of coloured paper - these pages represent who you are!

These pages will be chunky - so you will need to create your own book to display them. Each month will have a different theme. Suggestions for future swaps are most welcome.

Newbies to group are welcome with a well filled out profile - that means more than just your likes/dislikes and fave movies.

NO recent 1s or 3s - flakers will be hounded relentlessly
