ok kiddies as usual this is a pretty simple swap one atc one partner adn one week to sign up one week to send and one liberal theme. this week? i'm thinking the circus! it can be about the circus in general maybe your favorite attraction, whatever you like! newbies welcome please just make something beautefull as always one week to sign up one week to make and no flakers any falkers will be added to my list and forever banned from any of my swaps! so no recent 1's or 3's and 4.8 min!

I am confused about ATC"s, can they be a printed picture, or are they hand drawn with added sequins, ribbons, stickers, stamped images, glitter etc. I'm not good at hand drawing but I can print some pictures from the computer and re-size it to fit on an ATC card, but if I do that it really wouldn't be "made by me". Please help.
