Description:
A very simple yet revealing list for our first swap. Make a list of 100 memories. They can be good or bad...totally up to you. Make your list pretty somehow. Put it on pretty paper, decorate it with stickers and doodles, use different colored pens...whatever you can think of to make it look nice. It doesn't have to be elaborate, we just don't want to send a plain, boring sheet of paper with a list on it.

At first I thought no way am I going to be able to come up with 100 memories, but then I remembered I am 40+ years old, that gives me plenty of years to look back on.

And I like your idea of making our list pretty, that way even if there are sad or unsettling memories as part of our list, perhaps it won't seem as difficult to revisit them. Especially because out of negativity often comes something positive. :-)
