Send Me a Note

You will send 2 partners a note about how you stay positive, despite living with or living with someone with a chronic illness. If you are a member who has joined to give encouragement, 'hugs', to other members, you are welcome to join too. We all have issues in our lives so feel free and talk about that if you do not have a chronic illness. Your choice of a letter, card or something else.

Add a couple sentences about your (or loved one's) disability or your 'issue' and how it affects you. Then a couple more sentences about your family situation, job, home life, hobbies, pets etc. Then how you stay positive, even if it is hard. Be sure it doesn't become a rant about how yucky you feel. We want to know you but this should be uplifting!

No matter the way you present it, please make this pleasant to look at. Use nice note paper, note cards or decorate computer typed pages.
