Comment: This swap did not meet posted swap requirements. They were 1/4 of an inch too skinny, so they were 2 1/4" x 3 1/2"...and they weren't ATCs even if they had been the right size. What I got was pieces of cardstock that were 2 1/4 x 3 1/2 inches and had a bleach stamped image on them. There was no sort of embellishment or anything, and nothing to back the cardstock up to make it sturdy. The main thing though is that the swap requirements stated to stamp an image with bleach and then embellish...these did not meet that requirement. They were also late, but if I'd have received ONE ATC that met the swap requirements I would have still rated a 5 or a 5 with heart depending on what the ATC was like. Sorry for having to rate a 3, but this definitely did not meet the requirements of the swap.
Response: I'm sorry you feel this way. I cut the cards myself and I was certain they were the right size.I'm a quadiplegic and I do the best I can. Why didn't you contact me directly and I could do something about this. I work hard on my ATCs. I thought by sending you a bunch of blanks you could use them yourself as blanks. And there is absolutely NO rule about "flimsy." The ATC I got was printed on handmade paper and it was flimsy until I put it in a sleeve. Can't you do the same? Again, I'm sorry you feel this way.

Comment: Thank you for the ATC's but unfortunately I did not feel that they met the swap requirements. Firstly they were both identical which I felt was not what the swap required, and secondly the swap also asked that: "On the back, besides the usually information: Your name, swap-bot nickname, name of swap & date, I would also like you to tell something about the candybars whose wrappers you used: Is it your favorite? Describe what it tastes like, whether or not you recommend it, etc... Just some added bit of chocoholic information." which I was looking forward to and which you failed to include at all. I also don't feel that simply sticking the wrappers on to a piece of card stock counts as making an ATC.
Response: It has taken me awhile to respond to this because I found it very hurtful. I decided today to do something about this thing that is bothering me so much. First, I could do the swap again if you like. And have you read my profile at all? The cards were both the same but they weren't identical-- they were meant to be a pair. And secondly, as a quadriplegic, I didn't just stick the wrappers on cardstock. I very carefully gave the wrappers texture, I searched high and low for glue that would stick to the foil. I didn't just throw these cards together.I thought they were very pretty. They had a fabulous smell. So if you would like cards that meet your exact requirements, I'll happily make them. Susan

Comment: I did get a lovely card in the Piccasso style, but it was not a self-portrait, and the swap was, "Piccasso You!" I wish I could have done better for you, but the series is on self portraits and that part is pretty important.
