The real version was much scarier because Raggedy Ann dolls are a symbol of childhood innocence. Postal services here are very much changing. Today Mr DeJoy's ( current postmaster general) plan to reduce service in postal travel times goes into effect. Years ago the US post tried and most often succeeded in getting 1st class mail deliver within 1 day, 3 for very difficult or long distances delivery. Yesterday, it was 3 days for normal delivery and 5 for complicated mail. Today, 5 days for normal service and no one knows for the tricky mail. But in actuality, COVID has left mail here fractured and unpredictable for months. I don't know what will be likely to change about next. Like your Aus Post our, postal system is overwhelmed and also understaffed. While being mindful of the many wonders and comforts I have, I hope things improve for us all. 😁 Thank You agian Happiness and Peace

I felt really similarly to you in that I struggled to come up with answers too. I've heard really good things about Madeline Miller's books so you've further reinforced that I need to check her out! And I definitely consider comics as worth including in the scope of literature. The black flies and skeeters will eat you alive. My son-in-law is a Wizard of Oz fan, to the point that he has tattoos, including the Witch's hourglass on the back of his calf.
