Comment: Originally marked sent March 27 and this package never came... because the swapper lied and said she shipped when she hadn't. I never received this package. Said her packages heading 'up north' normally took a week to arrive, seemed very anxious and quickly assumed the post office had lost it after only a few days had gone by. She sent a "second" package on April 4 via regular First Class Mail and it only took 2 days to get to me. Unfortunately, this package contained mostly things I don't like (which I am donating to my son's art teacher) and since I received something, I have to rate a 3, but really this was quite a disappointment since they were supposed to be profile items. If I receive a package that meets the swap requirements I would be happy to re-rate. EDIT: Her last message to me was from April 7, in which she said she was going to her cousin's house on April 9, to see if she had any books that she could send me since I have a lot of books on my wishlist. I hadn't heard from her since then even though I sent a follow up message so I left this rating. Yes, I asked for an Amazon gift card, but only because it seemed you were having such a hard time finding things I like! I do not have a "give me give me" attitude; I am just very specific in what I like and what I can use. Who in their right mind is happy receiving things they don't like or cannot use? It just adds to the clutter I already have and I don't want that. If you weren't able to send me things from my profile you should not have agreed to swap with me in a profile swap in the first place. What I sent you (17 varieties of vegetable/fruit/herb seeds, including one new packet... as well as one sheet of new scrapbooking stickers) was above and beyond the swap requirements and sadly, you felt it was okay to send me a small envelope of what was mostly junk. (Including plastic kids' beads and buttons just thrown in the envelope with no bag/container to hold them!) You maintain that you sent the first package, but I have never had a package lost by the post office, your "second" package only took 2 days to reach me (instead of a week like you had estimated) and your behavior was very telling in that you weren't telling the truth. I urge any swap hosts to ban dwarfmatergirl from swaps that are package swaps. I hate that it has come to this, me leaving this awfully long rating on your profile, but you really can't be trusted. The one who received the 'handout' or something for almost nothing was you, not me.

Comment: I'm somewhat confused. I received your cat bookmark (nice!) and story but you stipulated in the swap to look at book an chose ten words and write a story. You don't tell me anything about a book you chose or the words. Also I don't know if your story is your own true story or a fictional one. If it's yours, you have my sympathy, if it's fiction I waited for a bit of plot and found none. Since you wrote the swap description, I'll give you a 5 even though I'm not sure you followed your own directions.
