The aim is for them to learn and develop new skills or to improve the level of expertise in skills that people already have. It can be charity with a great program, sports event, or new research. It helps to rase some money and award sometimes opens few more doors for the career in the future. ofcourse you need to apply that you want to join the award program first, and then do your best :)
