Contacted her twice about resolving the matter, all she had to do was answer and tell me the items she sent so I could check the damaged packages, or resend if neither was hers. Both messages were read, never answered and now she has blocked me. Will happily re-rate if matter is resolved.

Living in Europe I do not have overview of all US cities, organizations, heritage, sports clubs...so a little more of description would be more than welcome. Therefore I kindly asked my SW to provide me with more details about the things she picked for me but no response..
