Response: Actually I believe I have met the requirements, read again here the instructions set out in the Weird washi swap: Does anyone else have that bunch of washi that you know that you will never use? You know, the ones that are in the bottom of the box or the back of the drawer? Let's get rid of them. Send your partner your clean oddballs. It can be whole or partial rolls or samples that you have received that are of at least 12in each piece. Please send at least 3 yards in total or more. We all know we have that much! Or if this swap inspires you to totally clean out your washi collection to get ready for holiday swapping or make room for the ones you really want, go for it! Send them all!! One swappers oddball may be another's dream. Shame on you for being ungrateful, I tried my very best to send you what I think you would like. I am not confused with this swap at all and if you're not sure, ask the co-ordinator.

Response: It's the contents that matters most so yes I have met the requirements and yes I have sent it on time BEFORE the due date but perhaps it arrived late on your end. Please accept the notebook as is.
