Response: Oh thank you! I really reccomend Maggie Valley, it's about three hours from here, but besides majestic views, they are famous for this Pancake restaurant.... The pancakes ALONE are worth the trip! :D But my home city has the state zoo, which I love! Response: I am so happy you love the dotee! The feathers come from a local peacock who's raised by a wonderful lady! She picks each of his feathers off the ground as he drops them for the coming winter. He's more like a pet than a farm animal! :D She gave me about six I think, and when I got home and laid them against the swap fabric a lightbulb just shot off in my head! Response: I forgot to add a note to the Pumpkin Pancakes, they freeze really well. Then you can reheat them in the microwave with a wrung out paper towel over them and VOILA! Fresh pancakes! I'm still searching for the ultimate pumpkin waffle recipe, I'll pass that along as well if I find a good one. :) Thanks!

Response: Thank you! The pancakes freeze fairly well if you have extras, then you can just reheat them in the microwave with a wrung out papertowel covering the plate while they reheat. :D One day I'll have to try a waffle version! :D
