Comment: Am supposed receiver for the swap mentioned in the subject. the swap sent out date was on March 15, 2017 and around mid July 2017 Ruth has resent. However, its been almost 6 months now, and I still have not received anything. I don't want to give a rating of 1 due to post office errors. And i think it would be pointless for another resend. Hope this explains for the 3 rating. Cheers.

Comment: I did receive this but the letter was very short. The first page was very much indented on both sides because of the page decorations and the back page was only 1/3 full. Swap requirements are 2 full pages.

Comment: I'm sorry to rate a 3. Sending deadline was Nov 29. Marked sent on Nov 25. Stamped in December, can't really read the date but looks like Dec 7. No note in the letter. And on the outside of the envelope was written "Sorry for the delay. I was in the hospital over a week" No communication on SwapBot & obviously marked sent before being sent. I would have rated a 5 when you had marked it sent on Dec 7 and explained it to me on Dec 7 (this was your last login as of today).

Comment: Thanks a lot for all the lovely things you sent me, I liked everything. I am really sorry I have to rate a three, it is the first time I rate a three and I thought hard about it, but I just feel it is the right thing to do. The deadline was the 24th March with a month time to send this out. The envelope I got was postmarked on 11th April. I am ususally not picky about send dates as long as there is communication at any point, even when it is after the deadline. And you clicked the send button on 24th March and didn´t even explain the lateness with a note in the envelope. It was also a problem for me that I had already thought your envelope was lost in the mail, becouse with sendig at the send-by date the envelope shouldn´t take that long. I messaged you yesterday about it and would have rated you a one if I hadn´t received a response or the package. Again, I am very sorry for this rating and it wouldn´thave been an issue if you just had communicated at any point. I hope you understand and wish you all the best, Betty

Comment: Marked sent Aug. 21st. Received package in the mail today with NO swap or swap id, postmarked Sept. 7th. Journal is from her R3 partner with NO artwork in it :( So it does NOT meet swap requirements. If this is a resend, and you would like to explain yourself, please message me and we can work something out.
