Comment: Update Jan. 13: This swap has been challenging. This is what happened: Mail by date was Nov. 25. Nothing had arrived by 12/14 and I contacted you. You didn't respond. I rated you a 1 on Dec. 16. I contacted you again on 12/22. Your only response was that you didn't check your swapbot everyday, but nothing about the outstanding swap. You contacted me on 12/26 and asked it if arrived. I replied no. You said you would get it out. On Jan. 7 you contacted me and said you were sending "the swap" but you didn't identify which one. I responded and asked for clarification as to which swap. You responded you couldn't remember but that it involved 5 postcards. On Jan. 10 I contacted you and asked where you lived. You responded "New Jersey." I replied I had received an evie earlier postmarked Dec 16 that did not have a name on the return address (only a city/state) and no note inside. You said that was the outstanding swap. I told you I would change the rating to 3 and you asked me not to do that. On Jan. 13, I received another envie from you, postmarked Jan. 9, and including a note that was rather impolite. I'm changing the rating to 3 because something did arrive -- the first thing to arrive was postmarked Dec. 16 -- well after the Nov. 25 send by date. Much of this confusion could have been avoided if 1) you had included your name on the envelope or 2) included a note in the envelope identifying the package or 3) clearly identified in your messages which swap you were talking about. Dec. 16: I'm sorry to do this. The send by date was Nov. 25 and as of Dec. 16 nothing has arrived. I messaged you two days ago (it shows read) but have not had a reply from you. Happy to change the rating if something arrives.
