Comment: Thanks. Yes, I did receive it but I can't in all good conscience rate you a 5. (a) You never told me you were going to be late until I finally asked. (b) You told me you were going to send it out on the weekend of April 18th but it's postmarked May 7th. Again, you should have communicated that to me.

Comment: Thank you for the letter, but it was so late, and since I had to email you to remind you, I was a little frustrated!
Response: Yes, I'm so sorry about that! I sent out messages to all my partners on Swap-Bot saying that things were crazy and I was going to be late but none of the messages went through - a terrible little fact that I didn't find out until after I was first rated. Again, I'm so sorry! Life has just been absolutely crazy!

Comment: Penelope, you wrote a really good letter, I enjoyed reading it. I am giving you a 3 because you noted that you sent your swap Sept.5, which was late but, in fact, you sent it Sept. 25 (postmark) which was VERY late. If you had sent me a messaging with a reason why you would be late, I'd probably give you a five but it seems to me Swap-bot works on an honor system and you did not handle this honorably.
