Comment: I received this one today also. The deadline was Oct 7 of which you marked sent on that day. I received it two weeks later with a postmark of Oct 18. Like I said before don't mark sent until you know for sure you have just put the enevelopes in your mailbox or at the post office. Swap was over two weeks late so the 3 is for being late. Sorry and thank you for the ATC I do like it. I don't think you're a bad swapper but I do know you were late on many swaps right now and I think it is fair to rate a 3 considering the circumstances of being two weeks late on two swaps to me plus I see another rating from 10/21 stating you sent very late. Whether or not your husband made a mistake late is late and these were quite late and I also had to contact you first. You had 10 partners, when you realized it had been 2 weeks with all USA partners with not one rating from any of them you should have started messaging all of them to see if any of us had received. Two weeks is plenty of time I think you should of realized something was wrong when no ratings came in for the swap but you don't seem to have realized until after I Pmed you. Edit: You only Pmed (for me at least) after I contacted you first.

Comment: I was quite disappointed with the torn paper scraps, screwed up ribbon,empty kinder egg and squashed empty box. It's a shame because I put a lot of thought and effort into my swaps.

Comment: (January 16, 2010)...It showed up, but was damaged. It was in a red regular letter-sized greeting card envelope with 3 stamps on it (not the manilla envelope you described). The envelope was torn with black smudges and smudges on the ornament. It looks like it got jammed up in the mail sorter at the post office. Bulky items need to be packaged in a bubble envelope or box to avoid this. As far as the first package you sent, the Post Office assumed it probably suffered the same consequence if it was mailed this way and possibly could be anywhere especially if parts of the address were damaged. If this did happen and your return address was on the envelope it will eventually make its way back to you after a long time with a note attached to it from the post office. As mentioned I would change the rating if received, but considering the circumstances and time frame I have to change it to a 3. Although you marked it as "sent" by the December 9th deadline, you really didn't contact me till the 20th to let me know you didn't send it but promised to send it soon without giving me a send date. I think it is only fair to rate a 3 especially considering the holidays have come and gone now. No need to resend, I think this one is just bad luck with mailing.
